Returns Overview 

You may return new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund of the cost of the goods.

Items should be returned in their original undamaged packaging, unopened, sealed and protection sticker in place.
To validate your return, contact us on this page, we will open a return case and will send you the address for sending your item back.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If a return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Goods returned are at your own cost and we recommend that you receive proof of postage from your chosen delivery carrier as we cannot issue refunds on goods we do not receive. Your statutory rights will not be affected. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

What if my product is faulty?

Where you have bought a product that does not perform as it is supposed to, you have a right to reject the goods. You can exercise this right by returning the product to us for a full refund within 30 days. Please contact us to open a new case for return number.

You can also claim for faulty goods under our manufacturers guarantee if you are within the guarantee period.

Please note, we can only accept returns of goods which were faulty when sold.
